This site is a dream come true, it is everything I believe in come to life and spread to the masses, and that includes my story, my struggle, and my life now and then. I have worked so hard to come to where I Am right now and I only want to help others feel the same way.
Running a business is hard though and I have discovered that by watching firsthand. Sometimes you think something’s gotta give, everyone must want the same thing I do correct? Needless to say I have continued and feel so much satisfaction in working with all of the different populations that I do.
Immediately everyone demanded that I specialize specialize specialize. And I really did. It didn’t even take speaking into the universive but it just happened. And it has continued to happen at a steady pace. Accessible or Adaptive yoga is not only alive and well but it is the future. It is my true love but my heart longs for so much more.
I am a community organizer by practice and nature, so that is what I have been up to. Doing what my heart loves and desires and I can honestly say I love it. I’m just honestly living life to the fullest through every new opportunity. Leadership Merced has changed my life in so many positive ways with great connections and opportunities.
The Greater Merced Chamber of Commerce has a gem in our community, so personal growth, community involvement and connection are just a few things I’ve been up to.
So it has been wonderful to take a break this December for refreshment and planning for 2019!
I have been doing as much as I can with my community, my partners new and old, as well as my family and soon to be 3 year old. Community fairs, school site yoga programs, partnering with local business owners and organizations, as well as personal growth have been on the agenda lately.
Excited for the new year and kicking off with so many exciting things lately! I’ll name a few here so far:

•New Years Yoga at the MMAC January 5th, 2019!
